Identical twin brothers Andriy and Taras Kogut grew up in the Carpathian Mountains of Ukraine. It was there they learnt the art of cheese making from their much loved grandmother who strongly believed in the health benefits of fresh yoghurt. This very inspirational story of the brothers migrating to Australia with very limited English and starting a business and adapting to the culture and improving their language skills by going to farmers markets touched our hearts. To add, their cheese is out of this world delicious and their motto of “all natural, all healthy, all fresh” makes it the ideal cheese that we are delighted to supply.
